Shipping & Return Policy
All shipping and handling fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. RC DREAMZ reserves the right to alter, apply or waive the delivery and packaging charges at our absolute discretion.
Your orders will be processed on daily basis during business working days, from Monday to Friday, except on certain public holidays where delivery to certain areas may be affected. The daily cut-off time for processing orders will be at 3pm (Malaysia Time). Orders that are placed on weekends or Malaysia public holidays will be then processed on the following business day. Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business weeks once the payment is made and confirmed.
RC DREAMZ see's to it, that you get your purchased item(s) shipped to you as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee to meet the scheduled delivery on all occasions. Delivery times for suburban/remote areas may be longer. Delivery times are indicative only and RC DREAMZ does not accept any liability or consequential blame for failure to meet the scheduled delivery time stated, resulting directly/indirectly any inconvenience or loss caused.
All risk of damage or loss is transferred to you upon dispatch of the item(s) to the advised recipient address. RC DREAMZ undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but is not responsible for any damage or loss of your purchase in transit, nor does RC DREAMZ insure against loss or damage of your purchased item(s) in transit.
Buyer bears for the shipping fees again if shipping was returned due to incorrect address provided by buyer.
When payment transaction is succeeded, an Order Confirmation and a Shipping Tracking Number will be sent to you. Any delay of the shipment or unavailability of purchased items will be notified through email.

We at RC DREAMZ takes responsibility to verify, examine and test all products before shipment takes place. Therefor we are confidence your order will reach you in good condition out of the box. However if you are not satisfy with the product with reasonable excuse, or the product was damaged during transit, or specific items / electronics not functioning as expected, please don't hesitate to contact us for further advise. We will do our best to find us solution.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund or exchange.
RC Dreamz will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund/replacement within 7days after the confirmation.
